FJB: Written by Brad O'Neil, produced by XC Music. This song displays the great hatred that O'Neil has for Jordan Bowman and the band's old manager/team's old coach Vanessa Hartley. The song was composed by O'Neil in his room in the dark at around 11:50pm on January 24, 2003, and finished around 1:00am. It was released as a bonus track with "Hole In The Bottom Of The Sea." For a while O'Neil expressed an interest in sending free copies of the song to Bowman and Hartley. Then Bowman did get the song and all hell broke loose. Although this song started as something O'Neil did one night whilst bored, this song became the defining song for SDCC on the Indoor Tour and is the band's second best hit behind "Pornography Aisle."
