This is our F.A.Q. page where you can find out answers to questions you have. Sometimes you try to ask in the chat boards at NeoPets but either everyone ignores you or they honestly don't know the answer,  your might try searching the help index but they don't have the answer,or you may try mailing editor@neopets.com so that it appears in the Neopian Times but because they get so many questions each day so it seems it'll take a 100 years to get your question answered. Well, just submit your answer here and we'll answer it as soon as possible even though this is supposed to be frequently asked questions, we'll answer all questions and don't forget to check in the newsletter in case it's already answered.
