EISDRIVE is a band which seeks
to craft a unique breed of electro-industrial music... exemplified by songs that are as strong + anthemic as they are funereal + otherworldly .
Music that inspires movement, emotion and thought.
Music that for all it's cold atmosphere hides a rapidly pounding heart.
EISDRIVE looks to Classic Industrial, Gothic/Darkwave, EBM and 80's Synthpop, Classical Musics and Soundtracks for inspiration as well as a wealth of literary and cinematic influences.
EISDRIVE was founded by Xian Engel (ex-Girl Pool) and Myke Roszhart (ex-Bow Ever Down) after experiencing a lack of desire to continue... Myke left EISDRIVE in August 2003.
EISDRIVE lives on with Xian at it's helm and some select collaborators such as Veehola from Plastikneigung (http://www.plastikneigung.net/) and Viktor of Postive Complex/Steel Core Records (http://www.steelcore.com/) to help maximize the live experience.
