Its been a quiet 3 months in NYC, since the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles last battle with Shredder. Since then, The Shredder has not been seen or heard of, nor has the strange weather and skies of that night been explained. What weathermen could only call a freak of nature. That night is long behind us, as Donatello who was nearly speared to death by Shredder, has now fully recovered. The turtles defeated Shredder's army, and with the help of New York's finest mechanic Murphy Mcree escaped with their lives. However, at the cost of nearly one of the turtles and a large building which was burned to the ground thanks to Shredder's bomb.
The turtles have had a few battles since then. Mostly battling two-bit thugs and preventing minor crimes.
"Man this sucks."
"What's that Raph?"
"All this WAITING! We know the Shredder's out there somewhere, and he's planning on coming back. I just know he is. We should go after him."
"Dude, we don't even know if he's still alive!" Mike exclaims.
"Just because you do not see something Michaelangelo, does not mean it doesn't exist." Splinter quickly rebuts.
"SEE! EVEN MASTER SPLINTER AGREES! WE GOTTA GO AFTER THIS SCUM!"
"Just the same my son....Just because you can not see something, does not mean you should attack it." Splinter once again teaches his turtles.
"Hey its time for April's report, shes got something more on the rapist..." Leonardo announces to the group.
"Yes sons, lets see what your favorite TV show has to offer us."
{Tonight the city is once again on full alert. As the 7th rape and the shocking fourth child has turned up missing. Police Chief Sterns has placed a 6 O'clock curfew on all school age children. While we were unable to reach him for comment, he does activly deny any involvement between the cases of the rapist, and the children disappearances this month....However in this Channel 6 exclusive report, I, April O'Neal believe Chief Sterns is hiding the fact that, only two weeks ago, convicted rapist and child molester Peter Wise was released from prison. It is my belief, that all these crimes are related and in fact, it is Peter Wise, better known to New Yorker's as Pennywise The Clown, from the ill fated 1980's children's TV show...Pennywise's Playhouse. It was nearly 15 years ago when that show was canceled due to allegations that Peter Wise under the guise of the clown had infact raped several female employees as well as local children who were fans of the show.......}
"Please my sons, turn this off. Its sickening and disturbing to the mind's eye." Splinter says to Mike who has the remote.
"Do you think this reporter chic could be on to something, Leo?"
"I'm not sure Mike, but I wouldn't doubt it. She seems to follow these criminal cases close. And if this freak just got out of jail, it could explain all these horrid crimes in the past few weeks.
Meanwhile in the newest lair of the evil Shredder, a Army is building.
"Finally my Foot Clan is here. After many months of dealing with incompetant fools, and underworld goons. I have began to build my army of unstoppable Foot ninjas. And soon my Foot Soldiers will pillage and plunder, all of NYC until they live n terror, just as they have in Japan for YEARS!!! HAHAHA! And there is nothing, these Mutant Turtles can do about it!"
Many ninjas enter the room, as well as two distinguished warriors and a few Foot clan members.
"My most elite soldiers. The Foot Clan, as well as Ice Storm and Fire Tornado. And even Tatsu has joined us from Japan. Osaka was once our goal...but soon its New York....THEN TO WORLD!"
"Yes master we will destroy all those that have troubled you. When your army of Foot Soldiers is complete...NOTHING will stop you."
"Indeed Tatsu. Bring in Dr. Killemoff I want to discuss with him about the Turtles."
As Shredder waits for another NYC Crime Kingpin, Dr.K Killemoff to enter...we turn to another part of the New York streets...this one is a old part of town, mostly filled with bums and old buildings....and one large crater....from a strange storm 3 months ago...
"Hey man...what...what is that?"
"Dunno. Looks like some kind of pink goo...HOLY SHIT!"
"DIE EARTHMAN!"
Back on the streets on Manhattan.
"Here it is guys. Peter Wise's apartment building." Leonardo tells the group.
"What a dump! Who'd live here."
"Thats pretty bad coming from a guy who lives in the sewers."
