Santa brought this CD to Amanda for Christmas, she loves it, problem is, Mommy loves it too. What's pretty cool is that Avril is from a small town where we have family. And we thought that town was for old people. Guess we were wrong. |
Another musician that has come a long way is Alanis Morissette. My grade 8 teacher was her drama coach on You Can't Do That On Television. Yes, she's from my hometown, and yes, she's living down in the USA, but she still comes home from time to time and acknowledges the fact that she's Canadian after all. Not like a certain other female singer from Quebec. |
