2nd in Command

The 2nd in Command is the backup leader. Just Incase some thing were to happen to the leader, the 2nd in Command would take charge and decide all

confrontations, meetings, commands, and any other issues. 

There can only be one 2nd in Command, and only the Leader can choose who becomes it.
