Opening credits:  Music slowly begins amid blackness.  Lightning flashes in intervals show the “Empire!” forming.  One last brilliant flash and the words melt into the clouds.  Additional bursts of lightning show the terrible, dark Veranda forming as it enters our dimension.  The music intensifies ominously.  Wide angle shot as the Veranda sits in the center of the sky, and the entire horizon is lit ablaze with evil.  Minions of darkness, demons, warrior zombies, and such begin to amass and advance on Buies Creek.  Music swells as view shifts to lightning striking the Raptolier, an amazing battle sword, sunk into the earth.  Cut to a velociraptor lifting its head to the sky and emitting a battle cry.  Shot swivels to show packs of raptors swiftly moving to join the upcoming melee.  High in the sky, flocks of pteradons soar towards the uninvited villains.  Cut back to the Raptolier, which is glowing with power.  The Emperor enters the shot and bravely takes hold of the handle, removing the sword from the rock.  He raises the sword into the air as shot pans out to include the brave warriors of the Empire.  They brandish their various weapons and/or supernatural powers and charge at the advancing hordes of the Veranda Society.  . . .  The words “Empire! The Television Series” fill the screen.
