gasp.

i dreamt i was on a ship last night
like a scene from a movie.
we were all black and white,
and i read no script.
my ship began to sink.
for no reason, my ship began to sink.
but i didn't gasp for air.
i just sank and let the water take me in.
and when i wake up from a night full of dreams,
i do not gasp for air.
i do not need to breathe.
in a dream, i walked out my front door into fog.
the earth stood still,
but it had done that all along.
i could see all the phases of the moon,
and i thought it was real.
i thought it was real.
