Contracts

Sales Contract
HRA reserves buyback rights on all horses sold by us. We make sure all of the horses we sell go to good, active show homes where they will be well-cared for and shown/raced actively. We ask for a page url of the horse you purchased asap, and we also request a stable url, of the stable they will be kept at. If you ever decide to sell a horse that has been previously sold to you by HRA, we ask that you notify us and we will buy back the horse for however much it was purchased for. If we see that at horse is being mistreated, not shown/raced, or put up for sale or auction without us knowing, we reserve the rights to repossess the horse and restrict you from buying a horse from us ever again.

Breeding Contract
HRA assures you that, when you breed a mare to one of our studs, the foal will be not only a winner at the race track, but also a winner in the show ring. We reserve buybacks on all of the horses by by us. We also request a page url for your foal ASAP. If we do not recieve one, we have the rights to reposess the foal and you will not be able to breed to one of our studs anymore. All mares bred to our stallions must be approved. For a mare to be approved, she must have a pedigree dating back to her grandparents, a good show record, and must be a pure bred. Most of the time, we will only be approving Thoroughbred mares, but occasionaly, we might consider breeding to a mare of another breed, but keep in mind that if your mare of another breed is turned down, it's nothing personnal. Any outside mare bred to one of our studs will be kept at HRA for the time of her pregnancy (which is one week). Once the foal is born and we see that he/she is healthy, he/she can be sent to their new home.
