Thunder was adopted from the South Wind Humane Shelter, in hopes of us giving him a second chance at life. He has proven himself out on the oval to be an excellent turf horse and we are sure he will do well on the track. He is kind of skiddish at the gates, but nonetheless a true power machine! His stride is very long, and his conformation is gorgeous! Thunder's bloodlines are amazing! his sire is Thunder Gulch and his dam is by the amazing Runaway Groom! Thunder was tried out on a dirt track, but disliked the surface so we tried him on a turf course and he loved it! He is very sweet and calm tempered, and is an awesome runner!
