"Cheer Up Emo Kid- The Movie" follows indie musician Conor Oberst through a day in his life in the town of Emo-ha: the Emo Kid capital of the world. The characters are based on musicians from the Saddle Creek record label encluding Tim Kasher, "Ambulance", Todd Baechle, Greta Cohn, and many more.
