Guidelines for this Registry [1] After 30 days if a dead link is not repaired the city is considered deserted and available for claiming.(No Exceptions)
[2]If a city is claimed and no one answers the claim within a 5 day period and you know there is an active url on it , the new claimant must wait 30 days to see if the previous owner returns to Gor. After 30 days the town should be declared deserted.
[3] Slaves should not be allowed to speak on behalf of their owner, unless the slave has a copy of the email from thier Owner expressing their intrest to remain as a city administrator.
As to a note to number 3 here, If an ADMINISTRATOR has r/t issues and can't keep their duties here online they should establish a co- administrator that can speak on their behalf for reporting of a url link to his/her Town/City/Island
[4]With your URL's a valid email addy is also required this way if by chance your site goes down you can stay in touch with the registry administrator of this board. No changes will be done without a valid URL. All links that go bad will be an indication the Town/City has become OPEN. Unless a current URL is sent in to take it's place the City/Town will then be declared OPEN after being posted on the TV board for a reasonable time.Those who NOT read TV board are encouraged to email myself Please report any dead links
