The Actual equation looks like this:
points(calories,fiber,fat)=round( (calories/50) - (fiber/5) + (fat/12) )

which means 50 calories is basically a point, 12 fat grams is basically a point, and for each 5 fiber grams you take away a point. The final points value will be the result rounded to the nearest integer. The only limitation on this equation is that fiber is only counted up to four grams. Any more than 4 grams of fiber is just bonus fiber, you won't benefit with an additional decrease in point values.
