Weezer has been my favorite band for 5 years now. My favorite Album from Weezer is undecided. I just can't choose. I do know however it is between Blue self-titled, Pinkerton and Maladroit(for those of you who are ignorant, Maladroit is Weezer's new album which should be out this spring sometime...but I already have it...HAHA!). I didn't like the green album nearly as much as the others, although it did have some perks. As far as the band goes, it is presently consisted of Rivers Cuomo (lead vocals, guitar, writes most lyrics), Brian Bell (vocals, guitar), Pat Wilson (drums), and Scott Shriner (vocals, bass). They have very bad luck with bassists. First, was Matt Sharp, a whiz with his bass, but unfortunately, he left the band. Next, Mikey Welsh, a wonderful bassist, went "crazy", and was put in a mental institution(does that ROCK or what?)...only set back was...MIKEY KICKED ASS! Now there's Scott. He's pretty good, the new album rocks, so i guess he earns his weezer status, but i still dont think he compares to the alltime bassists, being Matt and Mikey. Rivers is of course my favorite, although i love them all equally...wait....that's not true. I do love them all, but it goes 1. Rivers, 2. Brian, then Pat and Scott are tied for number three. But anyways...I have pictures and pictures of the guys that will eventually all be up!(and hopefully soon!)Take care and if you haven't heard weezer, TAKE A HINT AND GO BUY THE CD'S!!!
