1. Find a punk at your school or workplace and observe them. Now, conformists and the police would call it stalking, but we all know better.
2. Copy that punk exactly, down to their clothes and the way they talk. This is important. Oh, and do it with subtlety, because if the said punk finds out, he/she will want to do you bodily harm, and if you are actually planning to follow these steps and sell out, you are probably not very strong.
3. Talk to Danny Kalan about posers and wannabes (mention Brad, it'll help) and do everything he tells you not to. Take notes if needed.
4. Go on the internet and figure out what bands are the most popular, and try to figure out the style of music they play.
5. Gather all your friends together(if you have no friends then get all the rejects from your school together) and start a band. If you have started a punk band, it won't matter if you guys suck.
6. Play your music exactly like the band you've researched, and use lyrics talking about how hardcore you are and how everybody else is a pussy and/or sellout. You'll get a following after a while.
7. Once at the peak of your popularity, sign yourself onto a big record label, and direct a low-budget music video of your best song for MTV.
8. Once the money starts to come in, and all your old fans now hate you, you have become a SELLOUT! yay
