Tapaamisessa keskustellaan ajankohtaisista ongelmista ja ratkaisuista koskien hivin/aidsin ehkäisyä Suomen maahanmuuttajaväestön keskuudessa. Aamupäivällä kutsutut asiantuntijat esittelevät teemoja, ja lounaan jälkeen työpajoissa keskitytään ongelma-alueisiin.

Seminaarikieli on englanti. Kokoustilojen kapasitetti rajoittaa osallistumismäärää, siksi ennakkoilmoittautuminen on välttämätöntä. Seminaarista ei peritä maksua, mutta lounas ja kahvi maksetaan paikan päällä. Ilmoita osallistumisilmoituksesi yhteydessä halukkuudestasi osallistua mahdolliseen päivälliseen seminaarin jälkeen.

"BUILDING A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN PROFESSIONALS AND MIGRANTS"

The meeting will discuss current problems and solutions concerning HIV/AIDS prevention among migrant populations in Finland. Before noon, keynote speakers will introduce the challenge and after lunch two workshops will concentrate on problem areas. The workshops are expected to be open fora for interactive discussion and produce a list of recommendations for short term actions.

Seminar language will be English. Since the capacity of the meeting room is limited, preregistration is necessary. Please send your registration to Marja.Palander@ktl.fi (subject: AIDS and Mobility) by April 10 or fax: 09-4744 8468. Indicate your name and affiliation.

There will be no congress fee but you are expected to pay for your coffee and lunch on the spot. We are currently exploring the possibility to arrange a social dinner after the seminar at the premises based on self paying. If you are interested in participating, please indicate in your registration.
