Once we have completed our evaluation the customer is contacted regarding our findings. No repairs are done until the customer approves the quoted costs involved. This allows the customer the opportunity to approve or disapprove the repairs. If the repairs are disapproved for any reason the evaluation is still FREE. We will provide you with the best options for repairs and also suggest upgrades, if possible. We manufacture, warranty, and repair all of our own systems to ensure the highest quality of parts and service possible for our customers.
