Due to the age and nature of this
merchandise, all electronics used or
NOS (new old stock) are not eligble 
for return or refund. 

Not responsible for items shipped 
without insurance. 

Reel to reel decks must be shipped 
with insurance paid by the buyer,
no exceptions.

We try to find the best safe and secure
way shipping your items.

Packing is done by me, and take big 
pride doing it safe.

Some of these decks are heavy (60-70 lbs)
and need double-boxes, extra padding material.



Damage will occur when shipping 40-50 lbs,
and unsafe packing materials being used. 
This is one that I bought and seller packed
very poorly.

However computers break down and internet
providers can be a problem sometimes,
but I try my best to answer as fast I can.
Between 150-300 emails arrive every day in my mailbox.

I don't have a phone number listed here
anymore because of calls during the night,

After payment arrives, I notify you by email
and ship the next day for small items.

Reel to reel decks can take 2-3 days before
shipping depending how the item going to be 
shipped with packing materials, custom forms etc.

If you want to buy a reel to reel deck in US
I suggest shipping with UPS or Fed-Ex.

International shipment I suggest Fed Ex Economy,
fast and safe with custom forms already filled out.
Tracking nr will be provided for delivery date,
with information about progress in transit.

Be sure to include your name,address and phone number.

No shipping to P.O Box address with UPS or Fed-Ex.
