LOCATION: Spike's Action Gear - York, PEI.
TEAM MEMBERS PARTICIPATING: Tyler Chapman, Justin Dorey, and Jordan Braun.
PLAYING UNDER THE NAME: Valley Rush
FINAL PLACEMENT: 3rd out of 10 Novice teams, 2nd in division of 12 teams after the round robin, 5th out of all 26 teams after round robin.
COMMENTS: This was the grand-daddy of them all, the Atlantic Championships, the biggest event of them all for our team. and boy, did Valley Rush rise to the occasion. In there first experience playing on an inflatable field, Valley Rush stormed through the round robin, maxing 7 out of there 11 round robin games, and ending up with a round robin total of 736 points. From there they went to the novice finals, as it was there first year at Atlantic Championships, and proceeded to come up with the third place trophy and a variety of other paintball related items. A fitting end to the first season... and soon the second shall begin.
