"Component Software: Beyond Object-Oriented Programming , Second Edition". 혹시 first edition을 안보셨다면, 이번 기회에 한번 읽어 보심이... 양이 많이 늘었습니다. MS에 근무했었으니, .NET 컴포넌트의 내용도 추가되었겠지요. 씨리즈 편집자 체면이 이제야 살겠군요. 이 책 그림 역시 빙빙 돕니다. 도대체 의도하는게 뭔지?

허접(-.-) Product Line Engineering 소개 자료. <- 설명은 슬라이드 노트에.... 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 한계를 만나신 분들이거나 그 끝을 목격하신 분들이라면 이제 Product Line을 하셔야겠죠?
우리회사에 노랭이(이경원)라고 있는데요, 패턴을 좋아하지요. 마틴 파울러의 Analysis Pattern을 간단하게 정리하셨답니다. Analysis Pattern에는 파울러가 그동안 실제 컨설팅에서 쌓은 많은 노하우가 담겨있습니다. 한번 읽어 보시고 노랭이에게 따져 주셔요. 노랭이의 'Analysis Pattern' 노랭아 미안해. 너 매장 당하면 어떻하냐?
컴포넌트를 어떻게 찾을 수 있는지 방법을 물어보는 사람이 많아서 제가 올해 초에 번역 출판한 'UML Components: 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 명세를 위한 실용적인 프로세스' 중에서 '5장. 컴포넌트 식별'을 올립니다. 사실 정확하게는 인터페이스 식별이라고 해야 맞을지도 모르겠습니다. 인터페이스를 먼저 식별한 후에 상호작용 분석을 통해 인터페이스간의 의존성을 파악하고, 적절한 컴포넌트 스펙에 인터페이스를 배치하는 것이 순서거든요. 암튼, 책을 몽땅 올릴수 없기 때문에 6장. 컴포넌트 상호작용 분석은 올리 못했습니다. 사실 제가 파일도 없구요,,, ㅠ.ㅠ; CBD방법론 마다의 식별 방법의 차이점은 이미 게시판에서 언급한 적이 있으니깐 참조하시기 바랍니다. 제가 아는 B모씨는 "컴포넌트 식별의 방법은 없다. 짠밥이다!"라고 주장하시더군요. 동의합니다.
'Applying UML and Patterns' second edition이 나왔네요. 저희 회사에서 매주 세미나 교재로 사용하고 있습니다. Unified Process를 적용하여 어떻게 프로젝트가 진행되는지 체계적이고 깔금하게 정리한 책이죠. 세미나 자료는 아래 추천서적에 올려놓았씁니다. 세미나 자료는 계속 업데이트 하도록 하겠습니다.
한국SW컴포넌트컨소시엄에세 발간할 예정인 컴포넌트 홍보책자("컴포넌트란 무엇인가?") 중에서 "2장. 컴포넌트의 도래"입니다. 여러분들에게 독침같은 리뷰를 부탁드립니다. 읽어보시고 맘에 안들거나, 틀린 부분이 발견되면 즉시 알려주세요. (후사 하겠음!)

소프트웨어 생명주기 프로세스 표준 비교, 원래 제목은 "A COMPARISON OF FIVE APPROACHES TO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT"입니다. 5가지의 표준 프로세스(IEEE Software Engineering Standards, ISO/IEC/IEEE/EIA 12207, SEL Recommended Approach, SSDM Standards and Procedures, ISO 9001)를 비교하고 있습니다. 거의 모든 방법론들이 이 5가지중에 하나를 reference하여 만들어지지요. NASA/GSFC의 SEL에서 퍼왔습니다. (2002/08/28)
광복절 기념 Martin L. Griss의 컴포넌트 씨리즈. HP 연구소에서 재사용에 관한 연구를 주로 하고 있는 과학자입니다. 이 분야에서는 아주 유명하지요. 연구실에 가보시면 관련 텍스트가 무지하게 많은데, 그중에서 작년에 제가 소개드렸던 "Component-Based Software Engineering: Putting the Pieces Together"라는 책에 실렸던 글들을 올립니다. 9장. CBSE Success Factors: Integrating Architecture, Process, and Organization, 22장. Product-Line Architecture, 36장. Software Agents as Next Generation Software Components 대한독립 만세!
특별한 목적이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 개발 프로세스를 사용하기전에 tailoring해서 사용하는 것이 보통인데, RUP의 경우에는 초기에 development case라는 것을 만들게 되어있죠. 또한 RUP 자체가 좀 무겁기 때문에 중/소 규모의 프로젝트에 적용하는데 어려움이 있습니다. 다음의 문서는 객체 교육으로 유면한 ICONIX에서 퍼온 "Tailoring the Rational Unified Process (RUP), A Lightweight Process Development Case"입니다. 문서의 서두에 나온것처럼 특정 프로젝트를 위해서 RUP를 tailoring하여 좀 더 가벼운 프로세스를 만들고자 하시는 분들에게 도움이 될 것같습니다. 문서가 깔끔하거든요.

음,,, 작년부터 혼자서 쭉 보다가,,, 그야말로 소프트웨어 공학의 모든것이 요약되어있는 그런 문서입니다. 아직 완성되지 않은 석기시대 버전입니다. 한 1년쯤후에 철기시대 버전이 나올것 같습니다. 제목도 거창합니다. Software Engineering Body of Knowledge. 리뷰한 사람들이 정말 엄청나게 많군요. 울나라 사람들은 한명도 없는것 같습니다.
얼마전 SPICE심사원 교육을 받고 CBD와 관련한 프로세스 평가/개선쪽을 뒤지다가 훔친 문서입니다. 뭐 내용은 별거 없읍니다만, OOSPICE라는 놈들이 하는 일은 감시할 필요가 있을 것 같습니다. 제목은 Issues of CBD Product Quality and Process Quality입니다.
CBD96의 가장 최신 버젼입니다. COOL:Gen 사용자를 위한 컴포넌트 개발 표준이라고 보시면 됩니다. Texas Instruments, Sterling Software를 거쳐 Computer Associates까지 오면서 끊임없이 개정된 문서입니다. Component Standard 3.1
그 이름도 유명한 빅터 바실리와 베리 보엠 교수님의 COTS-Based Systems TOP 10 List입니다. Software Defect Reduction Top 10 List와 함께 보시면 더욱 재미있죠.
