Mosfet Transistor

For sale low price on this rare MosFet.VN10KM Mosfet transistor now obsolete. It can be used for switching solenoids and relays or interfacing TTL to COMOS. Unlike the modern replacement it has the Gate protected by a diode. These are useful as RF Amplifiers to 150Mhz.

It is rated at 1/2 amp constant current and comes in a TO92+ case. This is a standard TO92 case with a metal tab heat sink on it.
