MVAM109 Varactor Tuning Diode
These MVAM109 Varactor Tuning Diodes can tune the AM broadcast Band . The MVAM109 Vatactor Tuning Diodes have a capacitance of around 20pf to 450pf. The MVAM109 Tuning Diodes are becoming rare and are being replaced with newer devices. I do not have a picture yet but they look like a transistor with the center lead wire removed.
