For Sale Transistors

I try to keep at least 1000 of each of the PN2222A, 2N3904, 2N4401, 2N2222A, 2N2222, 2N3906, PN2907, 2N4403 , KSP10, transistors in stock except MPF 102's I keep at least 2000 MPF102's in stock at all times. I only have a few 100 2SC2498 transistors left.

I also sell 2N3819, J309 Jfet Transistors the 2N3819 and J309 Fet is another Jfet like the MPF102 good from Audio to VHF/UHF. The J309 is manufactured to tighter tolerances than the MPF102 or 2N3819 all are good to VHF/UHF range.

Transistor parts may be marked as example KSP2907A or PH2222A etc. These are exactly the same as PN prefix only different manufactures.

The 2SC2498 is used in some RF Amplifier electronic kits .
