I heard a sound as I was preparing for bed, having just showered and wrapped a Tiffony Towerç®towell around my damp...body.
my lamp was turned down low...the sound seemed to be coming from my closed which Judith (Buffy) and I had recently investigated, looking for a secret panel¶› Emma's cat curled up snugly on my bed purred contentedly as she dreamed, so I tiptoed on barefeet walking softly on the creamy biege carpet to the closet door, wooden with inset panels, painted white with kid vines of green with pink roses...
¶the closet barely creaked as i turned the shiny brass knob and i peered in listening and watching observantly...a gentle rustle as if a breeze <>or someone...<> had moved quietly.
Listeningintently I gently moved the hanging clothes of lace and denim to get a better look...but i saw no-one there ...but i thought i heard the meerest tinkle of sweet girlish laughter.../
...finally calming down, i closed the door...and climbed into bed, snuggling with my pillow and plush toybear...i had just about drifted into rem dream stahge one when i heard the girlish laughter again!
Sitting up quickly, I was amazed to see a girl about my age in appearance standing quietly at the side of my bed! She smiled, prettiest brown hair, wearing a beautiful white lace dress tied with a fringe green sash belt. Her eyes were big and dark, lovely absolutely lovely!
She put up her hand with her forefinger to her full lips and leaned over towards me. I felt her breath upon my face and arms and she smoothely touched me like a child's hand...send a delicious shiver through my soul..i felt at once iwas in a dream a familiar sense of having been with herself at a beach cottage...wisps of memories...then i felt her sliding into bed with me, snuggling up to me like a cat...somehow this seemed natural, familiar as if we had often slept together this way...<>
