glowstringing is where u tie two glostix to the end of two strings, n do rlly kewl trix wit em. technically, its called poi. go to Home Of Poi for more info. i believe it started out as a form of training for warriors in new zealand way back when. they used to tie rocks to the ends of strings and used them to build upper body strength. i might haf footage of that me doin that eventually

conjuring is where u use photon micro lights, and make it so like ur performin magic or smth. its kinda hard to explain, but i'm sure some1 else out there can tell ya lots. u can check out my vids, cuz they demonstrate wut it basically looks like. mind u, i'm not the greatest. a good site that has some conjuring tricks on it is Photon Tricks

another good site to check out is Glowsticking.Com.it has some good videos and more explanations on glowsticking, glowstringing, conjuring, and wuteva else u want to kno bout wen it comes to urban dance.

staffing is exactly as it sounds. it's where u use one long staff or two short staffs and create incredible circular lines. usually done with fire. i finally got round to using some fire and wick, and its freaking awesome. for some info on fire staff, go to How to: Staff Spinning. its a good site on fire staff, and it provides info on how to make ur own staff and such. this isn't an urban dance style or anything, but it is something that i'm interested in. i haf a vid of me doin it too, look below
