Computers for Kids is a Non-Profit organization dedicated to providing computer systems free of charge to underprivileged children and their families in the Skagit County area.  Donations of used computer equipment for the program come to us from local businesses, local school districts, and charitable individuals.

We take the donated computer equipment, and with the aid of some wonderful volunteers, we refurbish and recondition them.  The computers are checked to meet a set of basic operational and usability requirements to make them a functional learning tool for their new owners.   These reconditioned computers are matched against a list of recipients and quickly transferred to their new owners and homes.
