TITLE

TERMINATION

The EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein.  On termination, you must destroy all copies of the SHAREWARE and Documentation.

This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of MANUFACTURER or its suppliers.

PART III - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the variety of hardware and software environments into which the SHAREWARE may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
