For many years rumours have been rife that Mr Steven Lee was in fact a brilliant chef and a dedicated kitchen professional. These rumours have always been denied by the man himself, however a close member of his family - namely Jimmy Mohammed Iqbal Jebari Rashid one ninety nine Lee, has confirmed that Mr Lee is actually Master Lee (ret)- a top class chef who has held head-chef positions in many prestigious Chinese restaurants in the region of West Yorkshire, such as the Leeds Academy of Chinese Cuisine.
After learning this, I took it upon myself (and for the betterment of the culinary world) to tempt Master Lee out of retirement for an encore performance - and he did not disappoint !! (yum yum)
