Almost all of the card images are included (save for a few of the promos, 3-4 cards or so). Just load the .ctd file into the deckbuilder to make a deck. The rules are also included, as are 2 other .ctd files which are ready to go and be directly loaded into Cardtable-they are markers and are self-explanatory.
