1998 Harley Davidson Sportster:
I got the idea for this bike looking at my dad's FireFly that was hanging on the wall ( I believe that U.S. used the same planes but it was called a Texan) and thinking about the art work on old war planes. I remembered seeing the teeth on the side of the P-51 when I was younger and saying that was cool. Anyway, the flying tigers were some of the more well known pilots of their time because of these teeth they painted on their planes and I thought it just looked cool. This bike has been completely torn down and rebuilt to HD factory spec's. Almost every thing on this bike is new except the drive train (3,649 miles on drive train). These photos are not the greatest but they do the trick. Click on each image to see it up close and personal. Email me if you have questions or just like to chat about fast stuff: mrmengo@yahoo.com PS: The next project for me is a Hotrod or AC Cobra Replica.....what do you think I should build?
