The F-111 "Aarvark", known in the RAAF as the "pig", is a long range strike & reconnaissance aircraft. This aircraft is capable of flying at extremely high speeds at low altitudes in order to prevent radar detection.

The De Havilland Caribou aircraft is used primarily for carrying troops and equipment for the Army. The PC-9 trainer is constructed by Hawker de Havilland under licence from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd (Switzerland).
