- With 20 years experience in the industry, Peter Hayles has held senior engineering roles in the RAAF, Ball Solutions Group, British Aerospace,
Boeing and ENTECH as a Senior Design/Principal Engineer.
- Peter Hayles is a tertiary qualified Bachelor of Electronic Engineering and Computer Technology. He spent 2 years as a Consulting Engineer working in Aircraft Research and Development Unit. The previous 6 years working on Aircraft and Research Projects for Boeing. He spent the previous 13 years in the Royal Australian Air Force working as a systems engineer on various jet aircraft including F-111 and F/A-18.
- Peter spent several years working in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Systems Engineer responsible for systems applicable to multiple types of aircraft and teaching Computer Programming and Systems at the Associate Diploma level.
- He was the Senior Avionics Design Engineer responsible for all avionics and armament design for F/A-18 Hornet and Macchi aircraft and their support systems such as simulators and ground support equipment.
- Peter has been involved with electronics and computing as a hobby for over 30 years.
