This figure shows three capacitors. The first one is rectangular in shape and has six dots. There is a top row of three and underneath is another row of three. The dots in the top row are teardrop shaped. The point of the teardrop is pointing right. Between the two rows of dots is an arrow also pointing right. A given capacitor will have either the teardrop shaped dots or the arrow but not both. The dots are labeled as follows. Top row left to right, 1 - no label, 2 - A, 3 - B. Bottom row right to left , 4 - C, 5 - percent sign, 6 - no label. Notice that the bottom row is read right to left. The second capacitor is also rectangular and has only three dots. They are labeled from left to right as follows. 1 - A, 2 - B, and 3 - C. The third capacitor is cylindrical with bands similar to a resistor. There are five bands and the first one is almost twice as wide as the others and has no label. The next four are labeled in order left to right, A, B, C, and percent sign.
