The wide prong of a polarized plug goes to circuit common, not, repeat, not, the chassis. The narrow prong goes to a one half amp time delay fuse then the on/off switch then a 33 ohm 1 fourth watt resistor to the annode of a silicon diode 1N4007. The cathode connects to the positive end of a 40 mike 250 volt cap and the negative end goes to common. The cathode also goes through a 1 k ohm 5 watt res to the positive of another 40 mike 250 v cap and its other end goes to common. A 22 k ohm 2 watt res is connected in parallel with this last cap. The positive of the cap goes to the positive DC output terminal and the common goes to the negative DC output. The output is labeled 170 volts no load, 110 volts at 60 mA. The common connects to the chassis through the parallel combination of a 100 k ohm res and a .001 mike cap. End verbal description.
