Q:My cybiko won't run for 5-9 hours even when I charge it fully. What's wrong?
A:It means the battery contacts are oxidized. Simply unscrew the 2 screws holding
the battery cover, remove the batteries carefully and clean the contacts on either end of
each battery AND the contacts inside the Cybiko computer with a file, emery paper or broach
file. Replace the batteries back into the Cybiko computer making sure to follow the correct
direction (don't mix the polarity). Screw the back cover back onto the Cybiko computer.
Now, charge your Cybiko computer and enjoy. Next time you may need to clean the contacts
again won't be for 3-5 months.
Q:Where the heck is the on/off switch???I looked for 10 hours!
A:On many versions of cybikos, the on and off switch is the ESC key. To
turn it on, you hold it in and then let go. To turn it off, you hold it in for a
while it says suspend mode. Let go now to suspend your cybiko.Keep holding it if you
want it to shut off until it says "Cybiko Off" or something related to that.
Q:What if I get a blank/black screen after I run cyberload?
A:That just means there was a problem somewhere along the download line and a file got
misplaced. No PROBLEM: you have to run the last version of AutoUpdate.exe.
Q:How much additional memory do the memory cards give you and how much do they cost?
A:Memory cards hold 1 MB(MegaByte) of memory. Thats 300% more than what your cybiko
hardrive can hold when the CybikoOS and System pack is already on it!! The memory
cards are only $19.99 on Cybiko.com. You can also buy them with 650CyBucks.

Q:A couple of days ago my newspaper disappeared. What should I do?
A:If you are experiencing problems with outdated newspaper, please just connect your Cybiko computer
to a PC and start CyberLoad. This will replace the newspaper issue with a fresh one.
Q:What is going on with my Cy-B while my Cybiko computer is off?
A:Cy-Bs continue to do everything, so they spend resources. Their desires grow. Life in Cylandia
continues. Annual taxes may be due. If your Cy-B has the habit to go to work, it does so and will earn money.
If you have an overdraft from your bank (owe more than you have), sell out may occur.
Q:My Cy-B is making a visit to another Cybiko computer. How can I get my Cy-B back?
A: You cannot return your Cy-B to your Cybiko computer from another Cybiko computer by yourself.
Ask the owner of the Cybiko computer where your Cy-B currently resides to return him.
Q:I got the message "Anti Cy-B was annihilated". What does it mean?
A: As a result of bad link between two Cybiko computers your Cy-B may be… err, cloned J.
When the duplicate Cy-B returns to your Cybiko computer , message "Anti Cy-B was annihilated." will appear.

Memory Card
Q:Can I insert and take out my memory card while the cybiko is on?
A:Definately NOT! By doing so, you can ruin your whole cybiko. If you want to insert or take out
your memory card make sure your cybiko is off before you do it.
Q:How can I start games and applications from Memory Card?
A: You can't see games and application stored on Memory Card as icons on Desktops.
To start games and applications from Memory Card select icon "Memory Card" on the Main Desktop, press and
select desired game or app from the list of files.

A:Go to Dynamicdrive.com and look for "cursor trail text."

Q:How did you get your banners?
A:Go to Cybikodomain.tripod.com. Go to the section that says
banners. There they will customize a banner for you in less than 2 days(Usually about 1 hour).
