Creating a Frames Page

On the Views, bar click Page.

Click on the File menu, and point to New, then click on Page.

Click the Frames Pages tab.

Choose your desired frame layout.

Click on Ok.
Assign Web Pages to Frames
Create Hyperlinks in the Frame

Type and select the text you want to be the link.

Right-click on this text.
-
When the shortcut menu appears click on Hyperlink.

Click the file you want the hyperlink to connect to.

Click Ok.
