This is the exact unit we use to un-loop and load all our DTV "H" test cards. This unit is complete with a 9 pin serial cable, power supply, software to un-loop and load cards. This unit will allow you to read any test card written by another dealer, save the image on your computer, and then load that image to as many "H" cards as you want.
