We here at United Local Talent, are a small *but growing* collection of people, mostly from the Hagerstown - Frederick area, devoted to trying to build a better local scene. Because i know we are all sick and tired of having to drive all the way to D.C. every weekend just to party :) We are still young, but we are trying, and that counts for alot.
