Dill Salad Dressing

Lemon juice
Salad oil
Dijon mustard
Minced fresh dill
Combine the juice and the oil slowly by whisking. Add the mustard and the dill and refrigerate. This dressing can be used on sliced tomatoes or on a salad. Try it with fish or chicken also!

Sage Flavoured Rice

Beef or chicken bouillon
Chopped fresh sage
Parmesan cheese
Boil the bouillon, add rice, lower hear and cook 15-20 minuits covered. Melt the butter in a separate pan and add the sage. Stir the melted dage butter into the rice. When serving, sprinkle the rice with parmesan cheese. This dish is excellent served with chicken or veal.
