Final Update
Well, we have finally come to the end of my journey to build my dreamcar. I have had a blast and I am sure I am not finished by any stretch of the imagination. But, it is time to move on to bigger a better things. So this will be my last update on the car and my pursuit to lower my ET at the track.
This was not the best year for me because I had issues with the fuel pressure that I didn't really get resolved until about September. Turns out I was boiling the fuel before it got to the regulator and it caused a zero fuel pressure situation. But before I ran into those problems I had a chance to run the car at the track and enter a car show.
First the dragstrip time, sorry no video! I was in between camcorders. I put my ET Streets on and nailed it and ran a 11.71 at 117mph. I think that is real respectable, especially since I row the gears manually. Here are a couple of pictures.

I swear I think I see light under the drivers side tire!! Ok,Ok maybe not.
The last picture is of me and my car at The Blast from the Fast Past Arbor Place Mall Show. There where about 500 really nice cars there, not many Prostreet car so I guess that is why I won Best ProStreet award.
