Blizzard Alert

Ok you all have heard the expression this team doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell. It is the truth if you consider the new pacfic divison the snowbears will call home. How in the world will Alaska deal with teams like Oregon and Colorado. We head north in search of answers expecting to find few:
I am hear in Alaska and it sure isn't Cancun in more ways than one. I miss that blonde in the bikini. But anyways the cold must be getting to management up here how on earth do you expect to compete in this new divison?
This team is dedicated to doing its best. We think we have done the best with our money and with the talent on this team to compete day in and day out.
Money you may have but how on earth do you convince a player to come here I mean this place is cold and thats coming from a Canadain!!!!
Well todays temperature is in the low 70s and this is good stuff. Keeps the germs away so you don't have to worry about getting sick from sipping from your teammates bottle... LOL
Ok but i'd rather be in Cancun. But you have been one of the owners guilty of cap abuse. Do you regret it now and is this franchise back on stable ground
Cap abuse, yea we been accused of that alot. This team isn't back on stable grounds yet, but improvements are being made. Right now we have a lil cap to spare and also we are working on something big.
Well in interviews I have conducted with other teams they seem to think this team is easy wins for there teams. in other words the east was sad to see you go and western teams licking their lips waiting to claim 4 easy wins. Any reason to think that you can suprise some teams?
They must be licking their lips at our cheerleaders, the hottest thing here!!!... I think it is a bit disrespectful to ever think a team is a easy win. I don't think that Chuck would appreciate it, Foster, Houston, Applegate, or Jack. They have fought hard to make this team a possible playoff threat. Lets think of the NBA and the Bobcats. At the beginning of the season, not a player on that team was known... But at the end of the season they turned some heads.
Right now i have heard from sources that you are in trade talks with oregon if this is true is that wise to deal with in your division?
Well Mr. Hunt and I have had a few serious phone conversation. Dealing with Oregon isn't an issue... They are going to get their wins. I make it my business to NOT deal with teams that will be on the bubble come close to the playoffs
I see but still you see your former players 4 times a year that can motivate them
Well it will not be the first time I have seen them... Except for one player. It will be very interesting. This organization has ruin some careers and now that we have to opportunity to make a positive run for the playoffs, we are going to stay focus on that. Some players may be bitter about being traded, but there is always a reason to trade a player
I'm in Alaska right damm I had a Micheal Espisito Deja Vu thing.Anyway camps have ended any players on Alaska you are pleased with after seeing them in training camp
You mention Espo... He is unspoken of around here... LOL... I am very pleased with Harry Applegate. I think Applegate still has about 3 seasons before he will be respect as a good PF. But yesterday he looked pretty good in the season debut against Long Island
Well Mr Espisito and the word trade go together. But moving on to some league wide issues, The commissioner promised a tighter called WBA and if exhibition is any indication he wasn't kidding does this concern you as relates to your team?
Well it will effect my team and I think Jack Spiegel will be a victim of it. His name isn't super like the names of Boom-Boom, McCarthy, or Holt. These players will always avoid tight calling. But players like Spiegel who are now trying to develop will be looked at tougher and just may get call for alot of soft fouls. I believe in letting teams play. You are going to hinder teams like Sacramento. They are a fast scoring team, but if you stop play just because of a soft foul, you are going to destroy rythm. Lossen the rules... Let us play and keep the game exciting
It was a long offseason with many issues and passionate debates you have any thoughts as we look towards the next offseason?
To be honest... The offseason for Alaska Management and its players was just that, the offseason. I don't like to get involved with all this mess in the offseason. All I care about is my trades, Free Agecy and draft. The only think else that really concerned me was the supposely Morfield scandal... Leave the man alone, he is like Michael Jackson, Innocent of all nonsense charges.
Well lets not get into micheal's i mean they all are werid. You are one of the teams that moved so who are you glad to be rid of from the east and sorry to have to face in the west if anyone?
Sorry to face Oregon so damn much... I am glad to get rid of Brooklyn... Doesn't feel right to beat the commish's team
Ok and finally in order to get unbias objective opinions we are asking teams in west to pick winner in the east and vice versa so who you like to take the east?
Whoa let me think about that one... Well I am a surprising dude... you never know what I am going to say. But I tip my hat to Toronto. I think this team has done what it takes to bulid a championship caliber team
Well given they sign my pay checks i won't argue. Any final thoughts for the WBA fans?
Come to Alaska and support the underdawg... You will love the new additions.
I'll stick with Cancun it's warmer but good luck to you if you believe the experts you will need it.
