Three parts of Anarchy which I hope to work towards:
PEACE, LOVE,
EQUALITY,... FUNCTIONING ANARCHY

Peace is a good thing. Peace to me doesn't mean not having fun (i.e. slamdancing at shows, beating up my friends etc.) Peace to me means no more religious, financial, teritorial, or political wars, (or natinal defence actions, or sanctions, or policing actions or any other bull$hit) no more loss of life on a grand or minor scale for any reason. Peace to me means I don't have to worry about me, my friends, or anyone being killed in a bomb raid or a machine gun fight.
War is not an inherent human quality, violence might be, but the mechanized mass murder of people is a condition of greed and government and technology developed for the wrong purposes. It may seem like war is inevidable, but some other countries get by just fine without them (or operations, or national defense actions) and indeed a very very small percent of the people on this planet are directly responsible for starting and leading wars. In our nation it's only a couple people that actualy start them, and a lot of miss-informed, badly treated people that fight them.

Love is a good thing. I have lots of love to give but not a lot of places that I can freely express it. As far as my own personal "love life" I have no one significant other, really. Good friends make life liveable, though. I want to love the People more than I do. I want more people to love, rather than hate. More love means better lives, less suffering. Love is the strongest, purest emotion, when embraced as such.

Equality is a good thing. Equality and anarchy go hand in hand. So does peace for that matter. Equality being the understanding that hamans are humans and we should ALL be treated as such. Racism, sexism, ageism, (other bad -isms) all of these are products of ignorance, and can be cured with a lot of educating. Racism is part of our culture, and more importantly our social structure, and must be uprooted forcefully wherever it is encountered. Of course people can and should be proud of thier indevidual ethnic/sexual backgrounds, ignoring race will not make it go away. Instead we must realise and appriciate our differences, and these differences certainly do not mean better or worse treatment for anyone.
White privilage and racism are major problems present and inherent in our American system. These paradigms must be destroyed if any sort of equlaity is to be gained. As a white male growing up in America I have been given the benefit of the doubt, the uper hand in most situations and not relised it. I am slowly comming to see and understand the underlying agendas of our government and thier controll of our society. It's totaly f#%ked up. There are books on these subjects, like "Uprooting Racism" or "Settlers" which I highly recomend you seek out and read.

All of this falls into one big idea called "Anarchy"
Now at this point most people freak out, and assume I mean middle class white teenagers who feel they must dawn black outfits and throws bombs at people because of teen angst. While this can be a amuzing, it is not exactly an effective means of achieving anything except further alienation. So, if you will, for a second, dispell any notion of Anarchy you may have. Humans are not meant to live under other humans dictation. A lot of people would debate me on this subject but they seem to live under the impression that thier government is helping keep them safe and in a good living standard. Our government, while somewhat better at keeping the large portion of the people important to it happy (The ruling Elite, upper class primarily white folks), and the rest of it's working people comfortable (comfortably stupid) this government is alwase doing more harm than good. I have run into the argument many times that "you're probably sitting at a nice desk, with a nice chair, in a nice room, typing on a nice computer, so what the hell do you have to complain about, you should be greatfull for all that you have". This argument literaly makes me sick, simply because of the millions of people that die all the time so that we may have these things. Thankfull for it I am not, and will not be. A house and a computer are things that even anarchists could build.
But don't let me start bashing our government too much, that's a very moderate liberal thing to do. All governments deserve a degree of criticism which will rightfully tople them. Without any governments a unified global living standard could and would be reached, one much better than a majority of the people around the world have, and one much more fulfilling than that of the average dumb rich American. Basicaly, people live inspite of government, not because of it. Everyday millions of people cooperate with eachother, perform basic tasks, help eachother out, even when there aren't cops around. Infact it's pretty clear that authority generaly tries to break up ties between people who may realise they don't need a government to live, they need and want us to stay utterly dependant and believing that we couldn't possibly opperate on our own. People often look at places where there is a lack of effective authroritarian structure, and see poverty, and assume it is the fault of the 'bad' government. And it is, but not because it's not good enough, it's because at that point governments tend to take a disperportionate amount of supplies and resources to the services they facilitate. The opression is just the same as in other countries, without the mask of doing good to shield them. The popular idea of Anarchy does not by any means preach a return to the stonages. I'm not saying we should give up our positive technological advances. I'm saying we should advance past coruption and power and one person owning another.
One of Anarchy's traits is, at it's base, looking at humans for what they are, not Iraqis or Iranians or Americans , not republicans or democrats or communists, but human beings, with no more right to rule another human than to murder them. Anarchy is actualy a very high form of organization, with complexities all it's own, while at the same time remaining simple in it's themes of freedom and humanity.
It is rediculous (and very nationalist) to say that only America should be anarchist, or just the U.K., because wherever nationality exists, it screws up everything everywhere. It is possible that a greedy nation could swoop upon an unsuspecting anarchist federation and dominate it with the use of violence. I do not believe that some leadership is a bad thing, or associations, (or organization in general) because working together for a common goal is in our human nature, but these alliances must be voluntary, and they must not impose laws on others.
(Please note, I am ANTI chaos! Infact regulated, rank and file organization is probably the only way we will ever achieve a state of anarchy) It's all about spontanious and long term voluntary organization for mutual benefit, which may sound far-fetched because of the capitalist paradigm we live under, in which every service requires a profit, a disperportionate amount of something gained in return. (Greed.)
A very common argument authoritarians bring up is that murderers and rapists and thieves would kill us all. As I look at it, they couldn't do any more damage than they do now. It's practicaly common knowlege that our prison and reform systems do not work, lots of people commit crimes simply because they don't know how to live out of prisons. (Not to mention the blatantly racist nature of our jail systems) This, and other governing tactics, are reactionary, and work to solve the symptoms, rather than preventing problems. Aside from this, it is legeal for our enforcers to murder people, and wars are largely caused by governments. War does more damage than any crazy guy with a gun ever could. Some people will alwase do things that hurt other people, but our current system does more harm than good. A de-institutionalisation of therapy and psycological counsiling would do wonders for this country.

Looking back at this mess of theories, I realise there's no way this will win anybody over. But it's better than nothing. I suppose the least I can ask of you is to not immediatly dissmiss the idea of anarchy.
Since we have agreed that bomb throwing, "here I come weather you're ready or not" tactics that most people think of when they hear "Anarchy" are rediculous, (Smashing the state right now would be suicide) we should look to what really needs to happen. A lot of work. Some of it will be slow and boring, some of it will be fun and imaginative, but either way we have a lot of work to do, setting up the organizational skills we need to live on our own, all of us, humans. In America we don't have nearly enough people ready and willing to do this work. We no longer have any cohesive Anarchist movement. So probably the first job will be to win a lot of people over. If we do it right, this won't be hard. We are going to have to help out a lot of people, and work for physical, obvious changes.
