Take an axe to the Spiteful Solitary Cedar Tree in the area with all the flowers. It'll tell you about it's life a bit and then ask if you want to cut it down. Say no of course and you get the power berry. Why is it a Spiteful Solitary Cedar Tree? Whack it again and see what happens... (No joke- go try it)
Visit the Goddess five days, and each day throw in an offering. She'll reward you with a Power Berry. She'll give you other stuff eventually, too. See Rewards of the Goddess

Mine in the Winter Mine till you get to the tunnel leading to the pond. Go fish (it may take awhile)
Go to the Left Side of the Winter Mine. Walk around the sid of the tunnel thing leading to the mine and keep pressing X till you get it.

Win at Swimming Festival
Plant over 10 patches of flowers (any kind). When they bloom, Ann will come by and ask if she can have some. Be (very) generous and she'll reward you with a Power Berry.
