How to pick a car cover
There are a couple of things you should know when buying a car cover.
1. A universal cover and a semi-custom cover is the same thing
2. You should not be paying more than 35 dollars including shipping for a standard car cover. Anything more is extortion. At Wal-Mart you can get a standard car cover for 20 dollars. Most of the people are just keyword spamming when they have so many listings and selling it for 37 dollars.
3. The best car cover against the sun is the premier cover which usually cost around 50 dollars at Wal-Mart. Paying anything more than 55 dollars is too much.
4. Breath ability is very important. Even though waterproof covers are fun to have I do not understand why people jump at the first sight of it. If water gets under the cover, the standard or ultimate cover will handle the water better than a waterproof cover. If water is not breathable than the water stays under the cover and will ruin your paint. With my covers, the water will release under the cover and not ruin the paint.
5. With a semi-custom cover the year it is made does not matter. Most people who sell semi-custom covers only look at the application chart given to them. The size of the vehicle is what matters not the year. That is why I am able to put a listing just as bmw z3 z4 z5 because they all fit the same cover.
Some things about truck covers:
1. The most important thing to tell the person is if you have a standard bed or mini bed.
2. Also with a truck the seller has to know if it’s a standard bed or an extended bed.
3. Nobody has a cover that fits without the roof being on. In English, convertibles must have the top on. That’s why it is funny when people want a waterproof cover.
