She's -very- young, she just barely qualifies for a cub and not an infant. She can sense evil intentions and manipululate the one thinking them to act on their intentions. She can not sense evil intentions in a kat with a mind-block, or in a dishonored. This is not done through telepathic thoughts, but it's done through 'suggestions' of 'emotions'. She's not telepathic, at least not yet.
