THE ROCK: It's Time for a Night out with The Rock!

Forward: Invincible, the man is damn near invincible. Last week on APW Television, Nitro hit homes rapidly, with match after match of non-stop action, but nothing compared.. absolutely nothing compared to the Main Event. For the second time in two weeks, The Great One had blessed us with his presence in the main match, this time, his opportunity of becoming a champion was closer than expected. One week into the venture of the APW industry, Ric Flair has announced their will not be any waiting for a top man, no more.. from this point onward, the journey to Greed will begin. And The Rock was left wondering.. Bagwell or Douglas.. Douglas or Bagwell? Earlier in the night, these two battled through thick and thin, to a victory by Shane Douglas. As The Franchise moved into the main event, he locked eyes with a brahma bull. A man who had been focused from the first notion of this tournament.. the match thickened long and hard, until one was left as the winner.. and it was The Rock. The Great One was Victorious for the second week in a row, and was even named Superstar of the Show for a Second Consecutive. What a start in APW for the Great One, but what a gruesome ending it will be for Taz. His title opportunites, flee early.


Scene: It seems as if eversince ' A Night out with The Rock ' has been announced, everyone in the APW, staff, superstars, jabroni's, etc., have been waiting idely for what some would say the biggest night of The Rock's life. What did you think it was, maybe when he goes to Greed and becomes the APW Champion? Are you kidding? For The Great One, doing what he does best in front of his millions of fans is the selling point. The scene picks up in usual APW fashion, with a spinning logo in the corner of the screen and a bar at the bottom of the screen reading ' A Night out with The Rock - LIVE at the Gund Arena, in Cleveland Ohio. ' As the cameras move inside they show a live audience, cheering with their signs hoisted in the air.. hell, it's safe to say over ten thousand would have filled the rafters.. it's like a usual wrestling event. Cheers of different kind fill the audience, until finally everyone is asked for their silence. And on the titantron, The Rock appears. Wearing his usual attire, he seems not to notice the camera on and flexes his muscle.. as the crowd explodes into cheers.


' The People's Champion ' The Rock: " Well damn Rock.. have you been working out? Oh yeah.. The Rock's been working out.. look at this bi-cep, if The Rock continues pumping it this hard each week.. this arm'll be as huge as The Rock's.. "

[[ The Rock looks down smiling at his big fella'. Suddenly the camera catches his eye as he explodes into shock and the camera kinda flinches. ]]


[[[ Vince and The Rock rise to their feet, as The People's Champion rips off his mic and raises his eyebrow at the people. Looks as if not once, but twice now, A Night out with The Rock has been cancelled. We are not that far away from Greed, maybe then we will see it happen. But until then, you have The Rock vs. Taz to look forward to, a solid match that will unquestionably one to remember for weeks to come. The Great One vs. The Brooklyn Thug.. winners goes to Greed for a chance at APW Championship stardom. Will The Rock have what it takes, to back up his mouth? ]]
