President’s
Report: |
All in attendance approved
sending out letter to new recruits for the CCF Lethbridge Branch |
|
|
Discussion
about new national name. Good
idea, better balance with rest of associations, trying to modernize, and
mostly bringing in a wider variety of people.
Our new name: CCF Lethbridge Branch.
There will need to be a meeting of executive to change the bylaws
and ethics, to be announced at a later date. |
|
|
All
in attendance approved a small honorarium for Karl Clauss, OUR WEB
MASTER, for all his work in creating and maintaining the website. |
|
|
The
next national gathering will be in PEI in 2004 around the end of May.. |
|
|
Anyone
interested in lending a hand for the evening of the Masters please
contact Doug Overeas. There
is one is the fll in Calgary and one in the spring in Edmonton. |

|

We are making a slow comeback.. |

Discussion
as to national membership dues ($137.00 for existing members, and
$139.10 for new members). Local members $41.40. |

Just a reminder that $2.00
per active member is paid to the National office for CCI scholorship. |

Education
Director’s Report:

There
may be changes the Certificate and diploma programs, they may be
combined. Too make it
easier for the students and less expensive. |
|
|
The
skills Canada competition was won by our own Amber Clay.
She went on to compete in Waterloo and came in 2nd. |

|
