President’s Report: Introduction of Loren Stickel from the 'O'rileys Restaurant & Bar' as our host establishment for this months meeting.

The Flames road trip was cancelled due to lack of interest.  A motion set forth as to what should be done next year. This will be discussed at the next meeting in further detail.

Doug Overes is still trying for a position on Team Alberta which goes to Luxenburg in November. We will be notified when we can look at the plates that he has prepared. Good luck to you Doug.

A reminder of the yearly agenda was put forth by Doug. He suggested that we have a social director in charge of the agenda as well as some events for us. Again this was slated to be discussed at the next meeting.

The National office has reminded us that April is the National fundraising month; and wanted us to get involved.  Left the idea until next meeting when we all some time to think about what we can do to help with the fundraising.

New website, an ongoing process, if you have any ideas please pass them along to Debbie Clauss. Feel free to take a look at:  http://www.angelfire.com/ego/saac/
