Fantastic!5 out of 5! This was ontime, the pictures rock, the writing was nearly flawless, this could win awards!
Above Average. 4 out of 5. This was ontime, very little editing was needed, and the pictures really enhanced the writing.
So-So. 3 out of 5. There was some reconstructive work needed or it was a little late.
The Suq. 2 out of 5. This was late, it was incoherent, I had to re-write this from the ground up and frankly, my name should be on it, not the authors, for the amount of work it needed. It was not timely,or there wasn't the required research done.
This is a Tragedy to the Institution of Journalism. 1 out of 5. There was nothing redeemable or useable about it. They must have been sleeping when I assigned it, or it was so late that it was unuseable. Flog this person, QUICKLY!
