   Here are the rules of the Realm that you need to understand and follow.  If you have any questions or amendments for the these please contact, the Prince of the realm, Ivy Winter's Blood.
   Given in detail is each rule and the reason that is was put into place.  Pay close attention to each rule and why it was chosen.

Rules for the accepted:

(1)    No stupidity! Use your common sense. We all are intelligent and should use it, not enough do any longer.
   This means that we act responsibly and do not stoop to levels of dishonor nor idiocy. Act maturely. This also means acting courteously.

(2)    You shall show honor and respect to all (even visitors) until they prove unworthy of it.
   This shows that we are a fair land and have open arms to those who can act with honor and maturity. And when or if someone proves that they are unworthy, then we will escort them out and promptly ignore such things happening.

(3)    Arguments between members of the Kingdom should be done in private and never in front of guests, so that we appear as a strong & united people.
   Part of our strength lies in unity, when we argue before others it shows we are weak. We will not tolerate such, if you have a problem it shall be handled behind closed private doors.

(4)    Fighting is to be handled in the arenas and areas designated for such, not in the castle or taverns.
   This land was built for peace and such it shall remain, fighting is done in place where it is allowed, not in open areas like the castle. We are not barbarians who settle things with battle, but those who talk out our problems.

(5)    When the Crown makes a ruling it is expected to be obeyed and followed.
   Important part of any ruling body is to follow the rules that those in power makes.  Now even if they seem harsh and cruel you have to remember that they have the understanding of what they believe to be best for the Land and its people. It is hard to rule an over this land as is, so do your part by remembering that you can sometimes help best by simply obeying.

(6)    There will be meetings on a monthly (or close to) basis to keep touch with what is happening.
   Simply put, attend the meetings. This is important so that we understand what we are doing right and wrong in our Court. The meetings help to create new rules, events and they also help to create a better rapport between the people of our grand land with the Royalty. Unity as a people must be established. There shall be two meetings, one during the week and another on the weekends for those unable to make the previous.

(7)    Questions are never frowned upon and we aide those who have them.
   Questions are a great part of understanding and if you need clarification you shall be answered. We all have problem seeing things in different ways or views that may clash. Questions can help clarify difficulties.

(8)     This is NOT a Democracy, though the Rulers shall listen to opinions if presented in a respectable and worthwhile manner.
   This is a Monarchy. However they are willing to listen to all opinions presented to them in a manner that is pleasing and honorable to not only them but yourself. The land once again I repeat, is bettered by your idea's and your skills. Make it all that you can.

(9)    Advancement is based on your skill, time in the Realms, and what you do.
   In this Kingdom promotions are based upon how much you do.

(10)    Slavery, is acceptable within our lands.
   This land has organized slavery and it is not for sex but to have work done, typically it is done for punishments or when a family desperately needs money. Abuse of a slave is frowned upon, one way of thinking in the realm is, "A man is judged b y how his servants and slaves are dressed." Because, if you can have good looking and healthy slaves, you are obvious rich in spirit.

(11)    All major problems will be handled by the Prince, who shall solve them in his own manner.
         If it gets bad, the Prince, shall step in and handle problems ... he is not to be a mother figure and will make harsh examples when the times arise.

(12)    Good stories are wanted, but will be approved before put into action.
        This is because we do not want conflicting stories happening, though kidnapping, rape and murder stories will not be accepted.

Reserved to the Throne is the right to change the Charter at any time. Such things will not become law until time that you have a copy of this Charter. Once everyone has a Charter such decrees made in the Charter will become law. If you misplace or destroy you will not receive a second. You have been warned.

   During the lifetime of the this realm people will wish to become more powerful. To learn new skills to find what their full potential is. Within this section of the Charter we wish to discuss how you can legally become.

   The rules and guidelines within this part of our Charter define exactly creates a spar for the Kingdom, how to gain experience and skill, and what your part is in making yourself stronger (( and the role the MUN plays in this)).
